Three Ways to Tour a Home

1) Open Houses

Open houses are an easy way to view properties that you are interested in. Most real estate agents will hold open houses for the properties that they have listed. Often the open houses are held on Saturday or Sunday afternoons (11:00am-4:00pm).

When you find neighborhoods that you are interested in, we advise that you attend as many open houses as possible. This will give you a feel for what homes are on the market, home styles, floor plans, amenities, and asking price ranges. If you wish to participate in our Buyer Cash Rebate program, it is very important that you inform the agent hosting the open house that you intend to have Tri-Star Realty represent you in your real estate transaction.

To determine what homes are on the market in your neighborhoods of interest, simply click the Search for Homes tab on our website. To determine if and when an open house will be held, call the listing agent.

If you need assistance in searching the MLS listings or obtaining the contact information for the listing agent, please contact us by phone at (800) 621-4258 or by e-mail at TriStarRealty@cox.net.

2) Tri-Star Realty Tour

To schedule home tours with BuyersTaxi.com, just click the Schedule a Tour tab on our website, or contact us by phone
at (800) 621-4258 or by
e-mail at TriStarRealty@cox.net.

Tri-Star Realty is readily available to show you the homes you are interested in. Touring homes with Tri-Star Realty is simple and easy. We offer a variety of programs for home tours. The first home tour (maximum 4 hours) is provided at no charge.

After that, we can provide home tours for a flat fee. Fees for home tours range from $100 to $400, depending on the number of homes/tour hours (fees are based on a rate of $50.00/hour). We acknowledge that it may seem surprising to pay for a home tour at all, but we believe that you will understand the value when you consider the purchase rebate we offer.

After we receive your request, we’ll get back to you and get your tour(s) scheduled as soon as possible.

3) Listing Agent Tour

If open houses or BuyersTaxi.com tours are not convenient for you, you can ask the listing agent to show you the home. It is important to note that the listing agent is generally not obligated to provide you with a private tour, but may do so as a service to the home owner. If you request a tour from the listing agent and wish to participate in our Buyer Cash Rebate program, it is very important to inform the listing agent that you intend to have Tri-Star Realty represent you in your real estate transaction (before the listing agent shows you the home).

If you need assistance in obtaining the contact information for the listing agent, simply contact us by phone at (800) 621-4258 or by e-mail at TriStarRealty@cox.net.

We do recommend that you have pre-approval for a home loan before touring homes. Knowing that you have the means to purchase the property may go a long way in convincing the listing agent to provide a tour.
